- 24 Hours Notice: Free cancellation is available if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Less Than 24 Hours: A cancellation fee may apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.

5. Use of the Skip
The skip is to be used solely for the disposal of allowed waste items. You are responsible for ensuring that no hazardous or prohibited materials are placed in the skip. The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Flammable liquids
- Toxic substances
- Electrical appliances containing refrigerants
- Asbestos-containing materials
Any breach of this policy may result in additional charges or legal action.
6. Delivery and Collection
6.1 Delivery
We will deliver the skip to the location provided at the agreed-upon time. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is adequate space for the skip and that it does not obstruct public areas.
6.2 Collection
We will collect the skip on the agreed date. If you require an extension, you must inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply for extended hire periods.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any damage to property or injury to persons arising from the use of our skips, except where such damage or injury is directly caused by our negligence.
8. Insurance
It is recommended that you have suitable insurance coverage for the waste being disposed of. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your property stored in the skip.
9. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in relation to the use of our services and the disposal of waste. Failure to do so may result in termination of services and possible legal action.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if you breach any of these terms and conditions. In such cases, you may not be entitled to a refund.
